We left early because the whole mood was ruined, and the venue wouldn't offer a discount or refund despite all the basic problems. We booked the largest room last month for a 16-hour session, but it wasn't as advertised. It was meant to be "soundproof," yet we heard steady outside noise and people talking from our arrival until 11pm, then again at 7am. The front desk said they couldn't do anything. The cage shown on the website was clearly broken and unusable, with a missing piece on a leg restraint. My partner didn't want to touch the equipment because some surfaces had unidentified residue. The room wi-fi didn't work, and the floors and walls had ugly damage from equipment being misused. Some gear felt cheap and poorly built, more like a "fantasy" of a dungeon than a proper BDSM dungeon. EDIT: The venue replied below, but that doesn't reflect our experience. If they'd given us a better way to sort it out, we would have taken it.

We called to cancel after my girlfriend became unwell during our summer trip to Milano, two days after the trip began. We couldn't travel to the silk motel in her condition, so we stayed at our first hotel instead. The man on the phone said we could cancel by email, and we emailed right away. Only after the reservation date had passed did they reply that we couldn't get a refund because, "as indicated in the object, we did not have the pleasure of receiving it in our structure." We hadn't been told what "structure" meant or how to cancel, and couldn't find any instructions on their website either. I emailed to ask what they meant and what we'd done wrong, but nearly 15 days later there was still no answer. It might be a good place if you book and go, but their customer service and response times were clearly lacking.
