Hotel Sorriso

With two little kids, we had a week here and couldn’t have asked for more. From the welcome onward, everyone was so warm that it felt better than home. The children always got a kind word, and people were ready to help with anything. Meals were a real treat, from the generous breakfast buffet and lovely desserts to the flavorful main dishes. We couldn’t find a thing we didn’t like. The rooms are simple, with the basics you need, and were always clean. Thanks so much to Danila and everyone. We’re already thinking about coming back next year!

The meals were varied, carefully made, and tasty, and we had a wonderful stay with our family. The hotel felt clean and well looked after, with a warm, familiar atmosphere that made us feel at home straight away. Danila was professional, friendly, and very helpful, answering every request with real kindness. Marzia, our waitress, also made a difference with her attentive, capable, and friendly service. We had a positive experience in every way and will definitely return.

I’m disabled, and they put me in a very sad room overlooking a courtyard. The place is bare, with none of the non-essential services. There wasn’t room in that room for a walker or wheelchair. I left after three days and lost the cost of the remaining three days of accommodation. We were far from the sea, with no bar or lounge for guests, and right by the train platform. I was treated this way even though I avoided explaining why I was leaving, out of consideration for them. They let my husband and me go away disappointed, with three days still to pay for. How sad and insensitive.

The manager and staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a charming, welcoming feel. The rooms, dining room, and other shared areas stood out for their cleanliness. Food was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable. A relaxing holiday or other kind of stay would work well here.
