We had three rooms and three WCs, all spacious. The food was fresh, and the pistachio croissant was one of the best things I ate on the holiday. Stefano made time for interesting chats and facts over breakfast, arranged Halal chicken slices for us, and was knowledgeable about Italy. He helped us plan routes, excursions, and activities. Leda and Lera went above and beyond with their service. We stayed five days. It would've been good to have the rooms serviced after three days, since they only do it after a week.

The place has beautiful views and is well located, and Stefano was very nice. He gave us lots of useful details for our Florence trip. The pension is a bit dated and could do with some refurbishment, but it was still a good base for seeing beautiful Toscana and offered good value. We'd like to return next year.

The name says it all, the views are amazing. Breakfast was wonderful, with really good food options, and the apartment was a great surprise. It was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen that had everything needed to make a delicious pasta meal. It did feel a little cold inside in fall. The family who own the farm run it, so the service is great. Highly recommend it if you need a place to stay in the area.

We were skeptical at first, but Bellavista turned out to be amazing. The pool is lovely, and the location is excellent, with all the surrounding cities about an hour's drive away. Stefano knows a lot about almost all of Italy and couldn't have been more helpful. The pizza evening was great. Pick up a few bottles of wine, sit with Stefano, and listen to him talk. He's very entertaining.

It was hard to leave Bellavista. The apartments are cozy, the breakfast is delicious, and the hospitality is wonderful. The views are stunning, especially when we had dinner there. Stefano gave us great tips about the area and places to visit. It felt like paradise.
