The owner is very nice, and breakfast is good. It's spacious and well located, about a 10 min walk from the city center.

The breakfast had lots to choose from, including homemade bread and cakes, with freshly made dishes available for a small extra charge. Isabella also prepares a really excellent Tuscan dinner using local ingredients and her own olive oil. The property makes olive oil for sale, along with other local products. This is a family-run B&B in a 16th- or 17th-century house, easy to get to and well placed for Florence, Prato, and Pistoia. The valley view is incredible, and the Rocca is just a one-minute walk away for an even more special view. The people here make you feel completely at home. Things move at a gentle pace, like the countryside around it. My room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed without excess. The antique interiors have been kept, but everything is very tidy and clean. Pets are accepted. I was here for work, but hope to come back for a proper holiday. Highly recommended if you want somewhere quiet, simple, and without frills, with a distinctly Tuscan feel.
