For anyone arriving by car, the location works really well. We were on foot, though, and found it less convenient: the house is nearly 2 km from the village, up a steep hill. The owners kindly offered us a lift into town. The house itself is beautiful, they're very friendly, and breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The owner and her daughter were both lovely, and the two sweet, lively, well-behaved dogs made us feel welcome. It was quiet and conveniently located, with a varied, tasty breakfast. Good value for money.

For a quiet countryside stay near San Miniato, B&B Regina is a good choice. The rooms are clean, parking is secure, and the morning coffee is made with a moka pot.

We had a delicious breakfast and a very kind, helpful hostess during our one-night stay. The B&B is in a quiet, more rural part of San Miniato. Our room was quite spacious, with a comfortable bed, TV, and air conditioning, and the bathroom was nice too. Everything was neat and clean. We'd said breakfast at 7:15 AM, but the alarm didn't go off and we woke at 10:15 AM, our checkout time. She didn't come wake us or say anything, which we really appreciated and hadn't expected. We apologized several times. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

A very welcoming family-run place. The croissants are freshly bought, and they also serve homemade pies. Breakfast is top!
