It’s a gorgeous, cozy house, and we had a good stay with our family of seven. The woman who looks after the building was so friendly and sometimes brought over fresh vegetables and desserts. The WiFi was a little unreliable, though I guess that's normal out in the middle of nowhere in Italy. We were a bit disappointed that the room advertised as an individual room turned out to be the living room. Also, the pool shown in the pictures isn't available to guests of the house. There's a slightly smaller, separate pool, while the pictured one is only for people renting individual rooms in the hotel next door.

The owner was kind and generous, and the food and wine were top notch. It's a magical place in a little valley near San Miniato. If you don't mind walking a few kilometers, don't miss the experience. A really great place!

Our visit was for friends' children's first communion, so this review is just about the food. It was excellent and plentiful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The place was well kept and had a lovely pool. The heat was scorching, but that wasn't the location's fault. I'll definitely come back with my family to relax.

The menu was excellent, with tasty, simple traditional dishes at reasonable prices. This pleasant agriturismo is just outside San Miniato, with convenient outdoor parking. There's a lawn with a swimming pool and shady spots beneath large trees, plus umbrellas and awnings, sun loungers, and tables and chairs. The indoor rooms are spacious.

It's surrounded by greenery and quiet, and we really enjoyed lunch with pool access. Each family unit gets an umbrella and a lounge chair, and ours also had a gazebo. Lunch is included in the price when you use the pool, and we ate very well: porchetta and tomato bruschetta, their schiacciata, cannelloni, and dessert. It cost €30 for adults and €15 for children. We've been here before, once in the dead of winter, and I'd gladly return again.
