For me, it’s the best place in San Nicola. The rooms are new and clean, and the owners are kind and professional, always willing to help with whatever you need.

The location right in San Nicola Arcella’s center worked really well for us. The rooms are lovely, and breakfast was excellent. The kindness, professionalism, and cleanliness stood out. We’ll definitely come back.

I’ve stayed here for seven years in a row now, which probably says enough. From the property at the village entrance, you can walk into the center and leave the car in the parking area, a real help since parking in San Nicola can be such a problem. My room was comfortable, clean, and had thoughtful details. Elisa and Mirko were very kind and helpful, while still being discreet.

After driving for more than three hours, my family and I were left without a place to stay. I’d booked two double rooms about a month ahead, but at check-in they turned us away because one of the four guests was my 10-month-old son. Only then did they tell me the property doesn’t accept children, though nobody mentioned that during the phone booking. I believe this was in violation of the Civil and Criminal Code. They literally shut the doors in our faces, and gave us no alternative accommodation or valid legal reason. I reported it to the local police. Disgraceful behavior!
