Como Palace

Really nice views, and parking is close by. You can watch ducks swimming in the river on the next street. For this price, it's one of the best places I've found in Italy, with everything from tea and coffee to hot chocolate and jam.

The owner was super friendly and very helpful. The holiday flat has a beautiful interior, with great attention to detail, and it's just a stone's throw from the Val Brembana cycling path.

The location is very convenient, especially for the thermal baths, about a ten-minute walk away. They gave us a 10% discount there and another 10% discount for a nearby restaurant/pizzeria. TVs with Sky, Netflix, and other services are in both the bedroom and kitchen, and there's air conditioning. Outside, there's a small entrance area with chairs and a very cute table. The little house itself is cute and welcoming. At the entrance there's a table and chairs, plus a well-stocked kitchen and a fridge with San Pellegrino drinks, beer, and water. Check the small price note on the fridge. They also left a welcome gift of small water bottles according to the number of guests, Perugina coffee pods and Baci, and crisps. The bedroom is very spacious and open to the kitchen, with no door between them. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and amenities, including large and small hairdryers and straighteners. Cleanliness was the one thing that disappointed me. If I could rate that separately, I'd give it 2/3 stars. Everything else gets a thumbs-up. I'd recommend it.

We had a great stay and the hosts were very helpful. The apartment is nice, well maintained, and has every comfort. Its location works perfectly whether you want to stay downtown or visit the spa. I highly recommend it.
