Walking through the vineyards nearby was lovely, and the town has some really good places to eat. On hot days, the little above-ground pool is a welcome way to cool off. Breakfast has plenty to choose from, including fruit, bread, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, eggs, juice and cakes. The homemade crostata and jams are especially good. The service was exemplary.

Even with disappointing weather during our weekend, I can imagine how beautiful it must be here in the sun. We got to try wines made from grapes grown on the property and took some olive oil home. Sara is warm, attentive to details and knows the area well. The place is surrounded by vineyards, with restaurants and other activities within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing, all fresh and homemade, and better than at any hotel.

This was our fourth stay, and we’ll keep coming back. Sara knows the area and has easy recommendations for things to do, places to eat and wine tastings. She’s a wonderful host, and from the moment you arrive, the place feels like home.

Sara and her husband have created a lovely place with vineyard views and a pool. It’s right in the heart of Valpolicella, near Lake Garda and Verona. Everything feels made with care, especially the five-star breakfast. We’d happily return and highly recommend staying here.

We love it here and come back again and again. Whenever we travel to Italy, this is where we stay. The garden feels romantic, the pool is just right, and restaurants are close by. Sara and Pier make you feel so welcome, and Sara’s breakfast each morning is fantastic. Lots of hugs, Jennie, Per, Wilma and Båtsman, Sweden
