Sergio was the best host. The villa is in a spectacular spot among olive groves and vineyards, with bedrooms, a pool, tennis courts, and grounds that are all excellent. There's a fantastic kitchen for cooking, plus lots of places to sit down and enjoy good wine. Spacious, private, full of character, and a perfect Italian getaway. Thank you.

Sergio was the ideal host, always there for questions and recommendations. The property and its setting are idyllic, with local amenities easy to reach while still enjoying the feel of remote life. The interiors and grounds are top quality. Everything was perfect, we couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend it, with no faults.

The farm accommodation sits on a mountainside in an old house that was converted into a B&B about two years ago. Breakfast was exceptional, with a view over the village. The owner and his wife were very friendly and welcoming, and I hope to visit again. San Potito is the most beautiful place I've visited in the Naples countryside. The village is lovely, tidy, and clean, and the people are welcoming.

We stayed just one night, but it felt like a dream. The suite had a fitness corner with a Jacuzzi, and modern comforts sit naturally alongside the 19th-century furniture and decor. The owners' kindness and helpfulness made our stay perfect. Once you pass through the gates of the estate, surrounded by greenery, it feels as if you've gone back in time.
