Casali di Margello

Fransesco and Donatella made us feel at home right away. It’s such a relaxing place, with gorgeous views and delicious breakfast and dinner. The country life atmosphere really lets your mind and soul rest. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again for an unforgettable holiday.

Francesco and Donatella are so kind, and it feels like being with family. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is just perfect. Everything is perfecto.

I still remember those two August days in the cool, green hills, and keep dreaming of coming back. Since I don’t enjoy crowds, especially in the August heat, I spent time in the woods and still had a lovely swim in the pool. The food was another highlight, authentic local ingredients simply prepared with respect for Sicilian tradition. I stayed here several years ago, but the memories have stayed with me.

I want to be clear that I didn’t stay at this property. I tried to get a quote for a stay through WhatsApp, but got no reply, even though my message was read almost right away. I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but this felt like a complete lack of professionalism and care toward a potential customer. I even think they may have blocked me. You can’t run a business this way and expect to get anywhere. Customers are your livelihood, so keep that in mind. This isn’t a rant, it’s a real criticism that I hope can be constructive, after an attitude toward me that felt unkind and completely unprofessional.
