B&B D'Amare

Being here feels like being in my dream home.

We were only here for one night as a stop on our trip. It’s 5-10 minutes from San Salvo Marina, so getting to the sea is easy. The room was pretty average, but it had air conditioning, and the bathroom was clean, very spacious, and had a large shower. Breakfast took a little while because they were making cappuccinos, but aside from that, we had a great time!

We slept well in the quiet, well-connected area, and there was free parking. Breakfast was good, with cappuccino, coffee, juices, yogurt, cereal, and a homemade croissant. The welcome was excellent, and the rooms were clean and new, though basic and very good value. My family and I stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be back.

The air conditioning was a plus, but it dripped all over the bed. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, our towels weren’t changed for a week, and there was no proper drying rack with pegs. Being so close to the sea, that’s a real inconvenience when you need to dry towels or swimsuits. Breakfast was poor and very much do-it-yourself, with little choice. When things like milk or jam in the fridge ran out, they weren’t promptly replaced. Service was virtually nonexistent. B&B D'Amare is a useful base for reaching San Salvo Marina, but offers only the essentials. Maybe it’s okay for a night or two, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer.
