Guest House Viaroma

We only used the place as a base for one night, so the kitchen and living room stayed untouched. After a nap and a shower, we headed off. The renovated apartment is cute, welcoming, clean, and well kept. Mrs. Roberta was lovely and helpful, showing us around and checking that everything was in order and the heating worked. It's right in the center of San Severino Marche, steps from all the amenities. For cleanliness, comfort, and helpfulness, I'd give it five stars.

This was the most relaxing and welcoming stop of our ten days traveling around Italy. The village is charming, and the bright, very clean room had the modern, minimalist look I like. There was a bedroom, spacious bathroom, and small kitchen. The woman who welcomed us left a list of local restaurants with descriptions and phone numbers. Breakfast was included in the price, and a voucher let us use various cafés in the village. Everything was organized perfectly. Thank you, highly recommended.

It's handy being right in the center of San Severino Marche, with many attractions an easy walk away. The hotel was good overall, and the room had a comfortable bathroom, kettle, refrigerator, and Smart TV. Wi-Fi worked fine. Breakfast was included, though you have to go to the bars for it. My four-star rating is because the rooms aren't cleaned every day, towels aren't changed, and there's no parking.

Roberta greeted us warmly and was very helpful. The room had everything we needed, and the location was right in the town center. Recommended.
