The day before our arrival, we called and were told there was no reservation under our name and no rooms left. We'd booked a triple room by phone back in March for a very important August wedding, well in advance. If we hadn't checked, we'd have been stuck. The person who answered immediately got angry and tried to blame us, saying we should have texted instead of calling and should have left a reminder or paid a deposit on our own, even though the property hadn't asked for one. A guest shouldn't have to manage the property's reservation records. The way this was said was rude, and the staff seem incapable of handling a hospitality business or treating customers properly. Mistakes happen, but refusing responsibility and shifting the blame to guests is unacceptable.

The owner was so kind, and we had a really satisfying two-day stay. The room was spacious, beautiful, and, above all, very clean. There's a kitchen where you can make something yourself and have a great breakfast in the morning. We'll definitely come back 😊

Our room had a lovely terrace for relaxing, and breakfast was excellent. The property was nice and very clean. Virginia, the owner, was welcoming, efficient, and really helpful. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The room was lovely and roomy, with a big bathroom and terrace. Everything was furnished well and kept with great care. We were looked after very well.

Getting to the place can be difficult because of where it is, but it's good value for money. It's an old building in San Severo's historic center, with a welcoming modern interior, private bathroom, and a kitchen stocked with lots of snack and breakfast choices.
