The apartments are spotless, and there’s parking. It’s right in central San Teodoro. There’s no pool, and using the on-site washing machine costs extra. Towels and bed linen are also extra.

The location is very good and the garden is nice, but the apartments are average and poorly equipped. The staff were the least friendly we encountered in Italy. Half the apartments are near a busy street, so sleeping was impossible until 2 AM, then again from 5 AM.

There’s a shared relaxation area with a bookcase and Wi-Fi, and the apartments are comfortably laid out with a fully equipped kitchen. They’re in the San Teodoro area, just a few steps from the town center. The closest beach is about a 20-minute walk away.

Leonarda spent a lot of time finding a room for my daughter and me, and we’re so grateful. We arrived spontaneously after the place we’d booked emailed us ten minutes before arrival to say it was full, leaving us with nowhere to stay. This accommodation was actually full too, but she found us a great room on the first floor. It was very clean and well equipped. We’d happily come back and highly recommend it.
