Elena prepared fresh breakfast each morning from 8-10:30, and she was so kind and caring. Our room was a little small, but that was completely fine, especially since it had air conditioning. Mattia, the friendly host, was always reachable by phone, and check-in through WhatsApp was easy. Guests share the kitchen, drying racks, outdoor shower, and balcony. The B&B is near the beach, a good restaurant, and a supermarket, and San Teodoro's city center is a 10-minute walk away. There's also a small park with olive trees and a large, modern playground nearby, a nice place to spend the afternoon when it's too hot at the beach. I'd be very happy to stay here again.

We felt really welcome here. The host was easy to contact and happy to help, and the rooms were large and very clean. It's a 15-minute walk to La Cinta beach. The shared kitchen has a coffee machine, so you can enjoy a cappuccino on the sunny terrace.

Elena made our breakfasts brighter with her warmth, and she was always kind and helpful. Mattia was just as friendly and available with local tips. The staff made the place feel welcoming and family-like, so it was an experience I'd gladly repeat. We're not changing a thing!!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed: a hairdryer, TV, comfy bed and pillows, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. The location was excellent, and parking right next to the venue was convenient.

My partner and I felt at home from the start, even though it was our first stay. We got home already wishing we could return as soon as possible. Mattia was always available with advice and morning chats. Elena welcomed us each morning with big smiles and a varied breakfast, and was kind and ready to meet our needs. I agree with all the positive reviews I've read. The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and hospitality all made for a wonderful stay. Thanks to both of you, keep it up!
