Cristian gave us a very warm welcome and explained the room facilities and breakfast. The location kept us away from San Teodoro's nightlife, while still being just a five-minute walk from the centre. There are countless shops open late and night markets selling traditional items at great prices. Special thanks to the woman at the buffet, whose name I didn't get, for kindly sharing her knowledge and suggesting beaches and hikes in the area.

We had a really good three-night stay in a quiet setting, with very kind and friendly staff. The rooms were lovely, tidy, and clean, and breakfast was generous and good, served from 8 in the morning. The B&B is very close to San Teodoro centre, about a five-minute walk, where there's plenty going on until late in the evening. The beaches are around 10-20 minutes away by motorbike. We highly recommend it. Thanks for the warm welcome.

The breakfast was only okay, and the breakfast attendant made us leave at 10:30 because she needed to prepare the room. After a long motorcycle trip, we were checked in quickly by Cristian. The TV didn't work and couldn't be fixed the first night, and the sink was clogged and wouldn't drain, so I had to report that too. The cleanliness was average. To be fair, everything was fixed by the second day, but for the price I wouldn't recommend it.

The young man who welcomed us and checked us in was very kind, and so was the woman serving breakfast, always smiling. Breakfast had plenty of variety. We spent two nights at Li Piri and, despite having some doubts from the Booking.com and TripAdvisor reviews, I was completely satisfied. The room was spacious, spotless, and everything was new. We'll definitely come back!

Our junior suite had a small terrace, a private garden, and a handy outdoor drying rack. The room was spacious and quite modern, but the bed sagged on one side and definitely needed replacing. There was only one roll of toilet paper, perhaps an oversight. The location was excellent, just steps from San Teodoro centre, and the price was great. Parking was available out front, unattended. The guy was kind and always available. I'd stay here again!
