We canceled and left after seeing the rooms. Some were already occupied, which was confusing, while others were moldy. Other guests there were also complaining about the room conditions. We came here after a Booking posting called ‘Secret Village’ that seemed nonexistent at best, and more likely fraudulent. The original address was for another resort 20 minutes away, but around check-in time we received a message, possibly automated, giving us this address instead. On arrival, they said it was because the first location was overbooked. When we had asked there earlier, they said many guests had arrived with the same story and suspected a scam. If this happens to you, contact Booking to request a full refund instead of accepting the partial refund offered through the online cancellation process. Otherwise, you may be rewarding these practices.

There’s no luggage room, and the all-inclusive option felt like a small school buffet with no food. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

The location is handy for visiting several beaches, but the entertainment was poor. Noisy young guests treated the place like a club weekend, which ruined the relaxing atmosphere. Staff couldn’t speak English and got impatient when I tried to ask for something. I wouldn’t recommend it to English speakers.

The animation team and bar staff were the best part of the hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful, as were most of the staff. The exception was the petite, brown-haired woman at morning reception, who was quite rude, unfriendly, and unwilling to accommodate us.

The setting and nature around the hotel were perfect and saved our holiday. There was mold everywhere, though. Maybe they’re trying their best, but it still isn’t enough for a four-star hotel at those prices.
