The online impression is much better than the hotel itself, and I left disappointed. The place feels past its prime, and that shows in the rooms. Our bathroom was especially dated, with several visible signs of damage. Thin-seeming walls meant we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted us. Breakfast was standard industrial quality, although the coffee was actually good. For what it offers, I found the hotel overrated and overpriced, and wouldn’t recommend it.

The reception ladies were friendly and very helpful, and the service was good. The room looked dated, though that’s fine if you don’t mind older furnishings. Just be aware that the beds are really stiff.

The hotel is older, but it’s kept in great shape and is very clean. We enjoyed the gardens, tasty breakfast, and reasonably priced bar drinks. There’s CCTV in the parking area, and La Cinta beach is reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. The town center, with lots of restaurants, is a short walk away. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help with whatever we needed, even lending us a beach umbrella for free. Highly recommend!

It’s only a two-minute walk to town and about ten minutes to the pristine white beach. From arrival onward, we were treated like royalty. Every staff member was attentive, caring, warm, and thoughtful, with an energy that’s hard to describe. What an incredible hotel and unforgettable stay!
