Just a one or two minute walk from the centre, and the location was fantastic. At B&B Brezza di Mare we had a wonderful time. We were welcomed warmly at their neighbouring restaurant, and the informal atmosphere made us feel well looked after. Our room was very clean and perfectly adequate. We'd gladly stay again. A really good price for such a nice place. The room and bathroom were clean, and it had a mini fridge, wardrobe, hair dryer, TV, and a good bed. It's close to San Teodoro centre and beaches including La Cinta. Gianinna, the owner, was kind and very helpful.

Giannina and Piero made our stay wonderful. We had a beautiful view and a perfect location. The room was clean, and the renovated bathroom made everything feel really pleasant.

We came for the August bank holiday weekend and will definitely return. The property is beautiful and welcoming, and the rooms are clean. Its best feature is the location: about a ten-minute walk to the beach and only three minutes to the centre.

Being so close to the city centre was a big plus, and the accommodation itself was quite charming. We stayed two nights. The hostess was very nice and accommodating, though the directions weren't much help, so we had to find the place ourselves. There's no parking at the property, but we easily found a spot across the street. The room was very rustic and sparsely furnished, but it had air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. The blanket and towels unfortunately smelled like they hadn't dried properly. The common area is shared. Still, overall, it was quite nice.
