We stayed for seven days and had a spacious terrace looking onto the garden. The room was clean and nicely arranged, and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast lady was wonderful. The beaches are quite far, and buses don't run often, so you'll need a car or motorbike. Highly recommended.

A fair place for the money, matching its Booking description. The location is convenient for Lu Impostu Beach and La Cinta Beach, both about five minutes away by car. San Teodoro, with shops and restaurants, is 7-10 minutes away. The room is comparable to a three-star hotel room, around 12-15 square meters. It was clean, with a large double bed, a 32-inch TV with Italian and some international channels, a small fridge under the desk and a two-door closet. The bathroom was a reasonable size, with a shower, toilet and bidet. It's quiet, and the rooms are on the first floor. There are six parking spaces in front of the building. Breakfast is served downstairs from 8-10 AM. The selection isn't very large, but it's okay.

The hosts made our Sardinia holiday unforgettable. The property was very clean and well equipped with everything a family needs for a fantastic break. It's in a quiet part of Lu Fraili, with shops nearby and beautiful beaches like Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu close by. San Teodoro is about a 10-minute drive away. Thanks for a great vacation!

The welcome was adequate, and the location is a real plus, close to everything. The room smelled damp, the bidet didn't work, and there was no mosquito net. Adjusting the air conditioning was complicated. Some maintenance and comfort improvements would make a real difference.
