We spent two days in the apartment, and it was a real hassle from start to finish. Getting the keys was confusing, and they charged us extra for sheets and towels. The place had no soap, not even dish soap, but we were still expected to clean everything before leaving. Returning the key and sorting out the deposit was another headache. We had to wait around from 10 to 11 for a woman who wouldn’t answer her phone. It wasted our time. Between the poor management, extra charges, and missing basics, the whole stay was far from smooth. I hope other guests don’t have to deal with the same problems.

Elena was a real asset throughout the week, always available and delightful. My family and I stayed in June, and it was my first time in Sardinia. The residence was new, well maintained, functional, and spotlessly clean. It was also convenient for both San Teodoro center and the various beaches. It was an unforgettable week for us!

The only real downside was the thin walls between apartments, which didn’t block noise from the other residents very well. Otherwise, it’s a spacious, comfortable place for two, in a group of apartments called "case gialle" (yellow houses). There’s a private parking lot, a furnished veranda with a table and chairs, and a garden shared with the other apartments.
