We only stayed one night, but the generous welcome and low room price really surprised me. The lady was very kind and helpful, and the simple, warm reception is something I’ll remember. Breakfast was plentiful, with assorted packaged pastries and homemade croissants that we especially liked. The rooms were clean, and the owner was very kind, a genuine Sardinian. My only small preference would be a moka pot instead of coffee pods, but that’s just personal taste.

We stayed for two nights to be nearer Olbia. The location is quiet and a little secluded, but still handy for San Teodoro and other places. Rosalia is very kind, and her cappuccino is better than what you get at the bar. Breakfast was good too. Having a separate entrance was convenient, and the little table and drying rack came in handy. I mentioned that the bidet was leaking and hope they’ll repair it. I’m also puzzled that there are no plugs for the sink or bidet, so be careful not to spill anything.

The property sits on a hill, yet the beaches are only a stone's throw away, and the setting made for a uniquely peaceful stay. We had a lovely week. Teodoro, the owner, and Rosalia, who handles breakfast and room cleaning, were exceptional.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, and Mrs. Rosalia served it with real kindness. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the green surroundings made for a peaceful setting. Highly recommended.

Peace and quiet are guaranteed here, though the place may feel a bit too isolated. It’s a very cute little spot, clean and equipped with what you need. Breakfast is simple but does the job, and I liked it.
