La Medusa

We had a truly awful 6-day stay and couldn’t find a single good thing about the property. The curtains were moldy and smelled of cooking, since the rooms are above a restaurant kitchen and filled with fried food odors. The Wi-Fi was nonexistent, the TV didn’t work, and the owner never came to welcome us or deal with the problems we reported. There was no toilet paper in the room, towels weren’t changed, and it was never cleaned, not once. We called to ask for toilet paper, and after 3 days it was left outside our room. We never checked in, so we weren’t even registered. Basically, we were told to make do. This place should have been called a "dump" instead of a jellyfish.

Paolo made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely kind when he welcomed us. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the center and 15 minutes on foot from the two main nightclubs. The kitchen has a fridge and coffee machine.

At the end of August, we had a great stay and almost felt at home. Paolo and Marina were discreet, yet always available if we needed anything. Mrs. Marina had a well-stocked breakfast ready and paid attention to every detail. Viviana and Andrea

Marina was a lovely, friendly hostess and shared lots of useful information. The B&B was comfortable and really nice, and breakfast was delicious. Recommended.
