Li Teggi Turismo Rurale

The food was the best we had during our Sardinia holiday, better than at the other restaurants and agriturismo we tried. It was homely cooking with restaurant quality, and everything was delicious. The meal started with bread, pecorino cream (so good!) and olives, then came several tasty hot and cold starters, 3 generous pasta dishes, suckling pig with roast potatoes, and dessert. We shared a seadas. The vegetables from their own garden tasted so fresh. There was so much food that we couldn’t finish it all, though we tried. Halfway through I had to take a power walk in the garden to help digest! All of that cost 35 euros, including wine, water, coffee and a liqueur at the end. Excellent value. Our hostess was very friendly and described each dish, and the chef deserves credit for the wonderful cooking. The clean, modern, airy restaurant has a terrace, though unfortunately it was too dark for us to see the view. The place is a little out of the way, and driving there in pitch black can be unnerving, but don’t let that put you off. It’s a wonderful dining experience!

This enchanting property is a lovely place for a peaceful summer break. Maria Teresa, who runs the agriturismo, is a fantastic person: kind, professional, and always greeting you with a smile. Highly recommended.

A lovely, quiet green setting, close to San Teodoro. It’s also a good fit for animal lovers.
