Danilo was the real standout for us. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and even supplied a sun umbrella for the room, which came in handy on lots of beach days. Nearby beaches charge 60 euros a day for sunbeds and umbrellas, so that was especially useful. The accommodation and location were excellent too. Thanks so much again, Danilo.

The little extras made our stay easy: every room had its own bathroom and drying rack, and there was an umbrella and beach bag with ice packs ready for guests. Everything was very clean. The property is in central San Teodoro, a short walk from both the town center and the main beaches. I was there with my friend Chiara, and we had a wonderful time. Danilo is such a thoughtful, kind host, always attentive to what his guests need. I also loved the coffee machine at reception and enjoyed having coffee with him. We’ll definitely be back. Restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and transportation are all nearby, and the center of San Teodoro is just a 5-minute drive away. It was a dream vacation: the property was beautiful and clean, with parking, water and coffee in the room. Danilo was so kind and helpful, always ready with advice on exploring his beautiful land.
