The terrace was really comfortable for dining, and having private parking was very useful. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The residence is close to the sea as well as the center. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to come back next year!

You’ll need to bring your own linens, towels, and hairdryer. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, and a coffee maker, but not much else. There’s no salt, oil, or detergent, just a small welcome dose of dish soap that was poor quality and nowhere near enough for a week. Another cleaner for the floors and bathrooms would help. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, with a veranda, in a small gated residence with uncovered indoor parking. It’s halfway between the entrance to La Cinta beach, 1.5 km or a 15-minute walk, and San Teodoro. The furnishings are basic but functional.

It’s quiet and close to the beautiful La Cinta beach, while the town center, with its good restaurants and bars, is a ten-minute walk away. The accommodation is very clean and functionally furnished. The hosts are friendly and attentive to their guests, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended, especially in the off-season.

Mr. Maurizio made us feel very welcome. He’s kind, helpful, and always ready to sort out any problem. The residence is in a perfect spot, very close to both the beach and the center, though it may need some maintenance. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back.
