The veranda was a highlight for us, with its table and chairs, drying rack, and sea view. Our four-room apartment had a double bedroom, a twin room, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, plus a kitchen in the living room. The furniture was simple but practical, and towels and sheets were supplied. Like the other units, ours had a private garden and veranda. The large complex mixes privately owned and agency-managed apartments, all with a similar look: stone details and low dry-stone walls forming paths between the homes. I really liked how quiet it was, with very little traffic. The downside is a nearby nightclub that plays music, including trap, until the early hours on Fridays. The location makes it easy to reach San Teodoro’s center and Isuledda beach in just a few minutes. Watch where you park there, since I saw fines as high as €160. There are also plenty of famous beaches within a 30-minute drive; some charge for access, and the property gives guests a code for 50% off. Before the trip, the property answered any questions that weren’t already covered in the detailed voucher. Ms. Simona at the office by the residence entrance was especially friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back. Sardinia is incredibly beautiful.

The residence is well kept, but it’s a little awkwardly placed for getting to town and the better-known beaches. The mattresses could do with an update, and reception’s communication was imprecise and often late.

A lovely, green setting in the municipality of San Teodoro, with a steady breeze and well-kept grounds. The center is about 1 km away. The homes are beautiful and furnished in a typical Sardinian style. It feels like a calm little oasis amid San Teodoro’s bustle.
