The apartment was clean and had enough kitchenware, but it was very basic: a noisy fridge, weak Wi-Fi that only worked on the terrace, and a tiny shower. We stayed 10 days and got no clean towels or sheets, and were told to wash them ourselves. The overall experience was disappointing. Agoda had already charged us €1,218 in full, with no extra fees mentioned. But when we arrived, they wouldn’t let us in until we paid another €520: €90 for cleaning, €30 city tax, €200 utilities, and a €200 deposit. With no refund option, we felt forced to pay. After two hours speaking with the receptionist and manager, they blamed Agoda and offered no help, only insisting on payment. The €200 deposit was returned later, but nothing else was resolved. This was our first wedding anniversary trip, and they ruined the first days of our holiday. Not recommended.

The apartment was simple, clean, a little worn, and good value. We stayed for a week in May this year, my husband, daughter, and me. There’s free parking, and you’ll need to hire a car. The beaches nearby are beautiful, and being right in town means plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants close by. We could sometimes hear music from a nearby club at night, and I imagine it gets louder and busier in high season. Staff were helpful, towels and sheets were provided, and we had an oven and washing machine. I’d go back. Thanks for the stay.

We had an incredible October stay, and the apartment was very comfortable, with everything we needed. The service was outstanding. Thanks to the great staff, and Antonio of course! We’re hoping to return this year, and I highly recommend Residenze Gallura.

Antonio made the stay feel special. He was welcoming and thoughtful, went out of his way to make me comfortable, and had excellent recommendations. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The accommodation was lovely and tidy, in San Teodoro’s heart, in a quiet residential area with well-kept gardens and plenty of parking. It’s about a five-minute walk to lots of restaurants and lively bars, and a 30-minute walk to la Cinta beach. Thanks so much, Antonio.
