It’s an excellent apartment complex, almost on the beach, which makes things incredibly convenient. The apartment we got was very clean and tidy, and it has everything you need: air conditioning, mosquito nets, a shared washing machine, and parking. The mattresses weren’t comfortable, unfortunately, but it’s still worth staying here. A dishwasher would make it perfect.

The sea is so close, and we really appreciated the beach service. Our apartment was welcoming, clean, and practical, and Ms. Sandra was courteous and very helpful.

Gabriella and Sandra were very kind and did their best to meet our needs. We spent a week in this clean, comfortable residence, just steps from the beach and very close to the center of San Vincenzo. We’ll be back!

Mrs. Gabriella was wonderful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The vacation home is well appointed and practically on the beach. There’s ample parking on site, a real plus in this location. The prices were excellent, including umbrellas and deckchairs or chairs.

We spent two weeks here with my husband and our 4-month-old daughter, and found it especially suited to families with children, though I’d say it’s perfect for everyone. The beach is close by, and an umbrella and lounge chair were included in the price. Our ground-floor apartment in this excellent property was spacious, cool, and spotlessly clean, with an outdoor table and chairs. The washing machine was free to use, which was very convenient. We also appreciated having a reception desk every morning. It’s in a residential area of San Vincenzo, just a few minutes’ walk from the center.
