The terrace is large and lovely, and the place is beautiful, well cared for, and equipped with every comfort. The landlady was very kind and helpful, even arranging our late check-in with a video, photos, and a pin so we could get the key. The one downside is the train passing quite close behind the property, and the mattresses are too soft and could use replacing. Apart from that, fantastic!

We found the apartment spacious, tidy, and spotlessly clean, and the reception staff were friendly and very kind. They explained how the appliances and other amenities worked. The residence is in a quiet spot, and the train behind it doesn’t disturb the peace. Seems like a good choice for a relaxing family holiday.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the residence is close to both free and paid beaches, so there are options for everyone. Just keep in mind it's a residence, not a hotel, so there aren't daily linen changes. Pets are accepted without restrictions. We stayed a week, and as a light sleeper I found the trains passing 50 meters away, day and night, made it impossible to sleep or rest, even with the windows shut.

The Cigno apartment was lovely, with a big terrace, and we spent our family holiday here in July. It was easy to get to the main towns from this location, with public and private beaches just steps away. The charming center of San Vincenzo is about a half-hour walk. Recommended, since closing the windows means you can't hear the passing train.

The apartment was comfortable and the property is beautiful and well organized. I'd recommend it. I gave the location 3 stars because it's close to the train line.
