Villa happy days

We loved having coffee on the balcony in the sea air, and the sunsets over the water made the evenings so relaxing. The apartment was airy, spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home with a few thoughtful extras. Giogia made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. She was warm and attentive, checked if we needed anything, and shared local tips. She was ready to help at any hour, even finding restaurant reservations in San Vincenzo or nearby when places seemed fully booked. It felt like having a local friend who knows everyone. We travel a lot, and this apartment brings together relaxation, beauty, and authentic Italian charm so well. We highly recommend it.

We feel so lucky we found Villa Happy Days in 2021. We’ve spent four summers here now, and it really feels like a second home, with lovely nature all around and that Tuscan charm. Gioia is a wonderful host. The upstairs apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, great for a family or friends traveling together. Downstairs works well for couples. If you’re looking for a place in San Vincenzo, this is a great choice. Thank you so much 🥰

Gioia and Gabriele were attentive and helpful, and made us feel at home. The garden is beautifully kept, and we were able to sit outside on such a lovely day. I stayed one night in the studio and really enjoyed it. It’s clean, welcoming, and close to the sea and local amenities. The apartment is lovely and has all the comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We also found everything needed for breakfast, and the bed was very comfortable. It would suit a short visit or a longer stay. I’d happily come back.

Coming back to Villa Happy Days each year feels like returning home. Gioia and Gabriele are kind, helpful people, and there’s always plenty of laughter. The apartment is consistently clean and well cared for, while the garden is a relaxing, welcoming spot. You leave with a piece of your heart there, and come back, just like us 😜❤️
