You can’t visit as a tourist without a personal reservation, so make an appointment if you want to go inside. It’s really beautiful within, though, a medieval castle with later Renaissance and Baroque influences.

Right in the centre of San Vito dei Normanni, the location is handy. Local banks and the commune and tourist information are there for whatever you need.
