Best Western Hotel Nevada

Giorgio and the front desk staff were awesome and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was amazing, and the hotel was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.

My card ended up permanently blocked after the manager tried to charge it, and I had to spend the rest of my trip without a bank card. Visa blocked it for suspected fraud because of how the hotel processed the payment. I’m not accusing the hotel of trying to defraud my account, but its bank card procedure clearly caused a serious problem. When I showed the manager that I had enough funds, he still blamed me for having insufficient funds. I tried to explain what had happened, but he yelled at us, threatened us and said he would call the police. There was no apology or effort to find another way for us to pay and stay. I’d posted a review here earlier, and instead of addressing the awful service, he tried to protect his public image by claiming I lacked funds. The service was rude and disrespectful. He should tell the truth and take responsibility for the customer service.

We had a spacious, clean room, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was generous and definitely worth having. San Vito di Cadore is a beautiful mountain town and a very pleasant place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting the region.

The views around the hotel are gorgeous, with beautiful mountains all around. The staff were very nice and friendly. I arrived late because the road was closed, so I had to take another route and it took longer. He contacted me and waited. Thanks so much. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from.
