We booked "Acquamarina32" in San Vito lo Capo back in January, but when we arrived for check-in, other guests were already in the place. We got there around 3:30 PM and couldn't contact anyone until 5:15 PM. We tried three numbers; nobody answered or one was out of service. When someone finally picked up, they said, "oh I see your reservation it's totally booked - sorry." Later they called back to say a woman named Patricia would show us an "alternative." It was on the edge of town, a 20-minute walk to the beach instead of six minutes from the original place. The woman repeatedly claimed, "we didn't saw [sic] your reservation," while also pressuring us several times to cancel our Booking.com reservation. We didn't get a proper apology, and they lied to our faces, just like Italian footballers diving. Unbelievable. Abysmal service!!!

The house had everything we needed: a washing machine, a terrace for eating outdoors, air conditioning, and sheets. Staff also cleaned the house and changed the towels during our stay. My friends and I had a wonderful time, with the sea, San Vito's center, and all the markets nearby. The location was excellent, and the owners were fantastic. Thank you so much, see you next time!

A lovely, welcoming, comfortable house just a short walk from the beach.
