The sea view terrace won us over, with fiery sunsets and the lighthouse shining over San Vito at night. Ventura House felt like a second home, and Giusy became a new Sicilian friend. We’d been back for two weeks, but our hearts were still there. The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable, and sea air seemed to fill every corner. It’s conveniently located about a five minute walk from the lovely beach, and waking to the pastry shop’s smell downstairs was such a treat. Giusy was available whenever we needed information or help. Definitely a place to stay on a future San Vito holiday.

Giusy, the owner, is fantastic and happy to share ideas for excursions, restaurants, beaches, and cities to visit. There’s a great pastry shop downstairs for breakfast or treats to enjoy on the sea view terrace. The apartment is just steps from the sea and town center, with reserved parking a few meters away. We came back for a second stay after having such a good time years ago. It had been renovated, was clean and well equipped, with a coffee machine, vacuum, cleaning products, microwave, Wi-Fi, and more. Highly recommended.

Breakfast on the beautiful sea view terrace was a highlight, and we never needed the car. Ventura House is steps from San Vito Lo Capo’s beach and near restaurants, bars, pastry shops, and supermarkets. The large, comfortable apartment was clean and had all we needed, including bright, airy rooms, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi that worked well. It’s suitable for families or couples looking to relax, and tastefully furnished. The host was especially kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. San Vito Lo Capo is wonderful, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. We’ll be back!

Having a parking space was a real plus, and the owner was friendly, always available, and full of useful tips. My family and I felt at home thanks to her hospitality. The apartment was spotless, carefully maintained, and had every comfort, with a peaceful feel. It’s just a five minute walk from the sea. We had a wonderful stay in San Vito Lo Capo and highly recommend the property. We’ll definitely return!

The pastry shop downstairs gave us a different breakfast every morning, and the beach was just a four minute walk away. The apartment was clean, airy, and quiet, so we slept well, and we made use of the parking space too. At first, we had no idea how to plan our time in this corner of paradise, SAN VITO LO CAPO ❤️. Luckily, we found Giusy, who gave us tons of suggestions and was an impeccable, always available host. Everything was close at hand, and we couldn’t have had a better holiday. Highly recommended.
