Luisa is a wonderful host, kind, cheerful, and generous. Our stay was perfect, with a super comfortable, brand-new room that was spotless and well organized. The location is very handy, close to both the center and the beach, but far enough away to avoid the noise. Highly recommended!

Luisa was always friendly and went out of her way to help, even when we messaged at different times of day. Every morning she brought breakfast to the shared courtyard, and when we asked for savory options, she was happy to provide them each day. The room was cleaned daily. For my boyfriend's birthday, she left balloons and a cannoli with a candle for us that morning. Another thousand points for Luisa! The apartment is in a really convenient spot, just over 10 minutes from the beach or the city center. San Vito isn't huge and is easy to get around on foot. If you'd rather drive, the owner can offer free parking on request, subject to availability, which is handy since almost all nearby parking costs money. Luisa was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We stayed three nights and had a lovely time: the rooms were roomy and had everything we needed, and breakfast came with plenty to choose from, including fresh croissants, other treats, juice, yogurt, cereal, and biscuits. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the center of San Vito. Having parking at the property was a real gift, since most spaces nearby are either paid or reserved for residents. Highly recommend it.
