That peaceful courtyard with its lemon trees and sunshine was lovely, and breakfast was great too. I’ve stayed here twice now. The location is hard to beat, right in the center and just a block from the most beautiful beach. Gianni is so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at home. He knows San Vito well and gave me useful ideas for places to go, as well as help with practical questions. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting San Vito.

The courtyard that the rooms open onto is beautiful, and the location made everything easy. The beach is a simple walk away, with plenty of places to shop and eat just minutes from the B&B. Parking was a few blocks away but easy to reach. Ju was lovely, welcoming, and helpful, and the San Vito Lo Capo tips she sent us as a PDF at check-in were great. Our room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and clean. After so many small beds around Europe, it was nice to have a big one again. We felt comfortable and safe here, and would happily stay again.

The host asked us to pay through Booking. After we left, he ran into problems with the platform’s payment system and started sending us aggressive private messages. He even claimed he had reported us to the police over an issue caused by his own payment handling. It turned out to be a Booking platform problem. Apart from that, the room was dirty and old, and the rent was very expensive. This was a terrible experience.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable. Gianni, the hotel owner, was amazing and happy to help with anything. He also knows all the best places to eat and drink. Thank you, Mister!
