I booked through the official website on June 24. On July 15, an email said my card details were fraudulent and gave me 24 hours to update them, but there was no way to do that and nobody answered my emails or calls during that time. When I finally got through, I was asked to email new credit card details, which seemed highly suspicious. Later, they said my phone number and ID were also “invalid” and cancelled the booking. This seems clearly like overbooking or internal mismanagement being dishonestly blamed on the customer. No trust, professionalism, or hospitality. I don't recommend it.

We stayed at Cala di Ponente for seven days, and it worked really well for a family holiday. The beach nearby was lovely and the sea was clean, with the beautiful beach at San Vito Lo Capo not far away either. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. Breakfast was very tasty, mostly sweet as is common in Italy, but there was cheese, sausage and delicious buns with green tomatoes too. The staff were so kind. Greetings to Mrs. Pepe and the young girl, Ciao:) Mrs. Rosanna was also lovely and helpful. When I needed help one evening, she came within 10 minutes. We really recommend it. We'd be happy to come back. The little guesthouse has a lovely garden, a great terrace and beautiful views, plus private parking. The rooms were comfortable, clean and stylish, and breakfast came with fresh food and tasty coffee. The owners were always smiling, friendly and ready to help. It's close to San Vito Lo Capo, and getting to Trapani is easy too.

The garden is lovely and well looked after, and there's parking inside the property. We had a large, very clean room with good-quality furniture and a comfortable bed. The terrace has a breathtaking view, and breakfast there was tasty, homemade and typically Italian. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Bring a Google translator, as their information can really help you get around. San Vito Lo Capo is very close. It's a relaxing base near the beach and local sights, and I definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast comes with a perfect view. The room was beautiful, modern and very clean, and the price felt quite reasonable for what they offer. I'd recommend it!
