The house is conveniently located for getting to the beach and the center of San Vito. But it was really neglected. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was wet and covered with hair. There was an extra pillow in one bedroom’s wardrobe with no pillowcase and hair all over it, and one pillowcase had makeup stains. Under the sofa was a thick layer of dust, and the fridge had never been cleaned. Then, when we came back for an evening shower, the house had filled up with ants. The place was shabby.

We stayed with our family in the ground-floor apartment and had a perfect holiday. The outdoor area was especially nice for meals or cooling off after a day at the stunning Caribbean beach. The home has what a couple with a child could need, and the owner was incredibly kind and always available if anything came up. It was comfortable, clean, and affordable. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away, which is the one small drawback, but the distance was no trouble with our ten-year-old daughter. Highly recommended for an unforgettable holiday.

The structure of the house feels a bit dated, especially the bathroom, but it was fine for a few days. It’s about 15 minutes to the beach, so the extra walking was no big deal on holiday. A peaceful stay in a beautiful summer destination.

We stayed in the tavern, which was cool and fairly well equipped. The owner was very kind and helpful, lent us a beach umbrella for free, and let us park our motorbike in the inner courtyard.

The welcome was wonderful, and the surroundings were comfortable and just right for a short break. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with everything we needed. Nina, the waitress, made homemade desserts and cheerfully did her best to meet every request.
