The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house has fantastic views over the bay and the sunset, and the setting is beautiful and quiet. You can walk straight up the slope from the house into the Zingaro nature reserve. Reaching the sea takes around 10-15 minutes on foot along a quiet road.

Maria and Giuseppe made us feel like longtime friends, always ready with restaurant ideas, places to visit, or time for a chat. I still remember our first stay, when we arrived at lunchtime and they invited us to eat with them. They’re truly extraordinary people. Since 2019, whenever my partner and I want a few quiet weeks surrounded by the beauty of Macari and San Vito lo Capo, just a five-minute drive away, we’ve chosen to stay here. The place is peaceful and restorative, with a lovely sea breeze. Outside, there’s plenty of space, with tables, loungers, and umbrellas among the olive trees and the views. The apartments are charming, with modern kitchens, air conditioning, and spectacular outlooks that are perfect for sunsets. Everything is impeccably clean and orderly, and the embroidered linens make it feel like home. Five stars don’t cover it, I’d give it at least ten. If you’re passing through, stay here.
