We paid 100 euros a day, and the quality didn't match the price. The house is also quite far from the sea, at least a 15-minute walk to the public beach. Inside, the air conditioning worked terribly, blowing out ice, and was noisy; the bedroom fan was broken and noisy too. My wife, my son, and I all got coughs and colds, and our little one had a fever, so we ended up stuck indoors for five days. We reported the problem to the real estate agency down the street, but they ignored us. There were other problems as well: we had to throw away the broom and dustpan and buy a frying pan and milk pan because they were missing. The place calls itself a residence, but it only provides one set of linens for the whole stay, whether that's a day or a month. Even the worst residences change linens weekly, so this feels halfway between a holiday rental and a residence. There's a lot of room for improvement.

It's an okay place, but the cutlery, bottle opener, and jug were missing. The sheets were stained, and two pillowcases were torn. No one changed our sheets or towels during our 15-day stay. They should make that clear.
