The apartment was roomy enough for four people, though I think six adults would find it crowded. There’s a sofa that extends to sleep two more. The furniture is modern and new, the kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses, and cookware, and there’s a medium sized fridge, gas stove, oven, and water heater. It has two air conditioners, one in the living area and another in the bedroom. There’s also a small storage area for luggage and rubbish bins. We appreciated the two terraces, one at the front that was great for lunch or dinner, and the one at the back for relaxing, having a drink, or breakfast. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, gave us lots of information, and let us check in early since the apartment was ready. Thank you! There’s a bakery about a three minute walk away, a Despar about five minutes away, and the beach is around 7-10 minutes on foot depending on the route and which part you’re going to. Guests can use the self service laundry for 5 €, detergent included, and there’s a free parking spot inside the complex if you have a car. Our main issue was that check in normally starts at 17:00. We got into Trapani early in the morning, then took the bus to San Vito, and were already tired from travelling on a hot day. It would be good to include a few more shower towels, at least two or three of each size. You can get a replacement for 1 € for stays up to four days, but it’d be nice to have more included. I also wish the kitchen had basics like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, rubbish bags, and dish soap. I know it’s an apartment and guests have to take care of things themselves, but when you’re coming from far away with limited luggage, you have to buy all of that there and then take it home. One more thing bothered us: there was some machine noise in the smaller room for much of the night, though not always. I’m not sure if it came from the AC in the apartment above or the laundry room below.
