Hermes Hotel

We stayed three nights with our family. The location and breakfast were fine, the rooms were simple but clean, and the woman who prepared breakfast was super nice. What disappointed me was the reception guy. After my son damaged the lamp, he became rude and aggressive, and I couldn't explain what had happened because he doesn't speak English. I paid 140 euro for a plastic lamp cover, which seemed badly overpriced, even if it was some low-quality designer type. They often keep a pitbull-like dog at reception. It looked cute and was nice, but with a small baby, I didn't like it much. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place for families with kids. The reception guy should get interpersonal and English training.

We spent 10 beautiful days at Hermes hotel, and five stars don't feel like enough. The rooms were modern and clean, with fresh laundry every day. The whole staff, or family, were always kind and friendly. We arrived late in the evening and Gaspar? welcomed us. Having your own parking is a big deal in Sant Vito, since you can't park on the road unless you're a local resident. Breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning, and you can tell the staff work hard for you. The beach is very close, while Hermes hotel is away from the noisy center. If you travel to San Vito lo Capo, go there. I will.

The property was very clean, the service was amazing, and the staff were helpful, spoke good English, and made the stay great. The room stayed nice and cool in the hot weather thanks to the air conditioning. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely too. I'll definitely come back.

Everything felt new, sparkling clean, and very welcoming at this beautiful boutique hotel, which opened in June 2018. The owners were fantastic hosts and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome.
