The shower was a joke, the furniture was very old, and the staff were rude. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning barely worked, and parking cost 12 euros a day. The beach is about 700 metres away. On arrival, they took our passports, saying they were a deposit and would be returned at checkout when I asked why. I strongly recommend staying in local bed and breakfasts instead. We had a much more pleasant experience there.

A great base for a beach trip, and the staff were helpful and great. San Vito Lo Capo probably has the best beach in Sicily.

Getting to our room meant crossing another room's terrace, which was awful. The rooms felt unhealthy and very old, and the man at reception was really rude. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid it. There are better hotels and bed and breakfasts all over Italy, and most Italians are really kind, so why come here?

The room was very basic, though the infrastructure was okay. The price was advertised incorrectly, the reception staff were rude, and our room wasn't in the main hotel. They also wanted to keep our ID cards at reception, which is against the law. I would not recommend it.

I booked online for one address, but was sent to a different location farther away. Then the air conditioning didn't work there either. Watch out for this bait and switch.
