We don't speak Italian, but everyone at Hotel Capo San Vito was so accommodating. The staff were friendly and professional, and went above and beyond for our two children, aged 9 and 7. We had a wonderful summer stay, with an amazing location and excellent food and drinks. We'd absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone travelling to San Vito lo Capo.

The bed was harder than a rock, and no one seemed willing to help. We had no AC for two nights and couldn't get the manager to contact us. The front desk told us to open a window, but the outside noise and bugs kept us awake all night. We asked to leave two days early and were told there'd be no refund, though they wanted us to stay another night. This was the absolute worst stay. If you want to relax, don't stay here. I'd only choose it if I were in dire need.

The hotel is right by the beach, where you can rent chairs and an umbrella, and it's in the heart of town so you can walk everywhere. The location and amenities are incredible. Staff were extremely helpful, and the reception manager spent extra time helping us through the language barrier. We had a very pleasant experience.

The beachfront location is great, and the rooms are fine. It's a nice hotel with good amenities, but every extra comes with a fee. For the outrageous prices, what you get feels way overpriced.

For $350 per room off-season for a triple, I'd expected something more memorable. It's solid, but not spectacular. Alex at the front desk is awesome.
