The owner was rude, aggressive, and inflexible. After the airline canceled our flight to Palermo because of the disruption caused by the fire in Rome, we had a phone call. I was polite and courteous, but the owner’s response was aggressive and surreal. He ended by saying, “They invented ferries on purpose,” apparently unaware that I live in Geneva, where the sea still hasn’t arrived. The booking agent who acted as our intermediary later confirmed that this behavior was unworthy of a high-quality establishment, saying, “These pseudo-private individuals are like this sometimes, a hotel would dream of treating a guest this way.” Customer service was absolutely subpar. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Roberto and Nicoletta run a clean, tidy B&B right by the sea. Breakfast is excellent, with homemade cakes, jams, yogurt, pane cunzato, and pane e panelle. It costs more than average, but could suit someone looking for peace and quiet. Children and pets aren’t allowed, and there’s no luggage storage.

It’s right on the beach and only a five-minute walk from the main street. The owners are happy to share information and advice, and the air-conditioned rooms are well kept. Everything is very clean, and you really feel at home!

The location is excellent, practically right on the beach in San Vito. The room and breakfast were good, and the owners were friendly and helpful. They’ll even book dinner for you if you’d like. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the beginning of September and really appreciated the lovely hospitality, clean rooms, and great breakfast. The seafront location is fabulous too. Highly recommended.
