Residence Pizzo Cofano

I really wouldn't recommend this place. The houses were dirty, even during the Covid-19 emergency, and there were no amenities at all. Getting around or reaching the beach meant driving and paying for parking. I'll leave it there, the list could go on.

A secluded residence with roomy, air-conditioned rooms, friendly staff, and parking. The exceptional sea is only 700 meters away.

The garden area was comfortable, and the property itself is very nice and fairly quiet, a pleasant place to spend a few relaxing days. The host's management, though, was poor. We were told check-in would be at 9:30 AM, but nobody arrived, even though Booking listed reception as open 24 hours. After several calls over the course of the day, the host finally let us in at 6:50 PM. Several advertised facilities weren't actually available: the outdoor fountain with a hose, the barbecue, and parking, which was supposedly reserved but in practice was at the mercy of the other residence guests. Inside, the accommodation was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent, but we only found out after check-in that other listed items were missing too, including shower towels, a bath mat, and sheets. There was some cutlery and crockery, but not much. The bunk bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable as well. At checkout, everything was handled by phone, with the keys left on the kitchen table, and the host didn't ask us for any feedback.

If a quiet, relaxing stay is what you want, this residence is a good fit. It's just a few kilometers from San Vito Lo Capo.
