Antonio was very thoughtful throughout our stay. He sent WhatsApp instructions about the office parking, which cost €10/night, suggested places to eat, and checked in each day about breakfast orders. Since the hosts don’t stay on site, his wife even came out late at night with extra TP. The property and room were very clean, on the main road and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and parking. The pizza and couscous places they recommended were fantastic. The room was pleasant and simple, and for the price it was nice, though not 5-star comfort. Our bed was a little uncomfortable, somewhere between the best and worst we’ve slept in on this trip. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub? in the yard. Its spot right beside the breakfast area felt a bit awkward and close, and I would have preferred a shaded seating area where we course sat outside. That’s personal preference, though others may like the standing pool/hottub. An iron or steamer in the room would have been appreciated. We also weren’t comfortable leaving our electric card at the desk when we went out, since it signaled that our belongings were unattended. If the rule is intended to prevent electricity being left on, a more private way of handling it would be better. We couldn’t work out the room safe, though that was probably user error. Our room felt personal in its design, and it was clean and comfortable, with good air-conditioning and beds. The hosts were a friendly couple who were always ready to help and seemed to anticipate what we needed. I liked the sustainable approach to breakfast, which you pre-order from a menu with lots of choices.

The owner was so sweet and accommodating, and she recommended an excellent boat excursion as well as a restaurant we really liked. There are just five rooms, all brand new, with thoughtful design details. The arched stone ceiling made our room feel like it was in a centuries-old stone building, something I’d never seen before. Breakfast was a great continental spread, and on our last morning her mother baked us a delicious apple cake. My wife and I stayed for two nights with my cousin, his wife, and their two children in another room. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten the owner’s name. I hope I can come back someday. Thanks for a great stay :)

Giuse was such a pleasant host, and her mom’s famous apple cake was the highlight of our delicious breakfast. This place feels like a chic little boutique B&B tucked away from view, with modern comforts and architectural details that suit the city of St. Vito lo Capo. We loved it.
