Fabiola at the front desk was very pleasant, as was the other woman we spoke with. Both were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a decent selection of continental food and baked goods, and the mattress was comfortable. The air conditioning also worked really well, which was a big plus in summer. The hotel was functional and our stay was decent, but it could use updates and better upkeep. The location was just okay, about a 15-minute walk to the beach, so it wasn’t bad but didn’t offer the convenience of being beachfront. Free bikes were available, which would have been a nice perk if most of them hadn’t been in poor condition and clearly needed maintenance. Breakfast was set up right beside the check-in desk, which made the atmosphere awkward. We had the “brown room.” It was clean, but dated and not very inviting. The decor felt odd and a bit sketchy, especially the lanterns hanging right above the bed. On the plus side, the mattress was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. We were also surprised by a €36 cash charge for local tax that wasn’t included in our original booking price. It would have been better to know about that upfront.

Our room came with its own terrace, and the hotel is handy for both the town center and the seafront. It’s a lovely little place in San Vito Lo Copo, with comfortable furnishings and everything we needed. Breakfast was a real treat: bread and cold cuts, cakes, yoghurt, and coffee made when you order it. Really delicious.

We arrived without a booking and asked about rooms. Paolina showed us around, and we ended up taking two rooms for two nights. Everything was spotless, from the rooms and bathroom to the beds, and the modern furnishings were neat and tidy. Our terrace gave us a nice place to sit outdoors in the evenings. Breakfast had a tasty mix of sweet and savory things, including cakes and yoghurt. Paolina, the manager, was so friendly and suggested restaurants too. Huge thanks to her for making our stay feel special. We’ll definitely be back soon.
